Call for Abstracts
Deadline: February 5, 2007

We are very pleased to announce that the 6th Midwest Tissue Engineering Consortium (MTEC) conference will be held April 20-21, 2007 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We expect that the majority of the papers and posters will be presented by graduate students and postdoctoral fellows conducting tissue engineering work at the many universities within the Midwest region. It is clear that the concentration of tissue engineering efforts at Midwestern universities is enormous, and judging by the last meeting, these trainees are some of the brightest and most creative students in the nation.

This announcement is meant to solicit abstracts for presentation at the conference, as outlined below. Depending on the number of submissions received, approval will be granted for both oral presentations and poster presentations.

We are certain this is going to be an exciting and productive meeting and look forward to you or your colleagues joining us in Ann Arbor and helping to contribute to advancing tissue engineering.
